Evil Caster Empty Evil Caster

1) Talk to the Recruiter in Freeport, Southwest of the coach, under the tent.

2) You are sent to speak with Animator Jen'Tylis, who is located in The Green Rift (W), in a camp.

3) You are sent to The Great Waste to procure 2 Glowing Crystals. To do so, you will need to farm the Taksehir Miners - Great Waste (W).

4) Return the two Glowing Crystals to Animator Jen'Tylis.

5) Kill Treants, in Guardian forest (SW), to retrieve 2 Enchanted Treant Branches. They are located both atop a hill with a stonehenge in the center, and on the hill northeast of that one.


  • STRATEGY: To get everything to spawn, you must let the Treant Prisoner, and the Goblin Prisoner live, do not kill them. After the Treant Prisoner makes it to the stonehenge, light blue conned Treant Defenders and Diviner will start spawning in the nearby woods - you must kill these to get the higher level ones to spawn, which con White and Yellow. Those drop the BRANCHES that you need, even though your quest log requires Barks.
*NOTE* If you let the Treant Prisoner make it to the first rise before the Stones, and you see the NPC chat in Say occur, you can kill the Treant Prisoner, and keep him fresh. Do not let the body disappear; also, you must NOT kill the Goblin Prisoner. This way, you should get spawns every 10 minutes or so.

*NOTE* There is a semi-insta spawned Treant Diviner on the North side of the hill, with the stonehenge.

*NOTE* There is an insta spawned Treant Diviner on the hill NE of the one with the stonehenge. Be sure to keep looting the insta after you kill it or it will stop insta'n. You must loot it before you kill the next one.

6) You are asked to visit the herbalist in the Guk. The herbalist is at the bottom, past two bridges, just to the right of the latter one. He asks for 3 ingredients:


  • Spotted tounge: Frogluk Channelers/Forgers.


  • Congealed Swamp water: Frogluk Channelers/Forgers.


  • Mycanoid spores: Fungal Cavaliers/Hunters.

7) Talking to the herbalist with your ingredients will initiate an event in which you must protect him. Every five minutes, 2 mobs will spawn - this will occur for 3 rounds. In other words, you will see the first 2 mobs every fifteen minutes. This will last about an hour.

The order in which they spawn is: Two watchmen, two Guardsmen, and finally, a Lookout and a Scout.

Their cons:

Watchmen: dark blue
Guardsmen: white
Lookout/Scout: yellow/red

Eventually, Bouncers will spawn - they con red, and are very difficult. They are NOT to be under-estimated!

During the chaos, the herbalist will give you a teleportation shard, and will later port you Guk (S), where Severupidus spawns. Upon speaking to him, he will give you a potion.

*NOTE* If the herbalist dies while you are making potions, you will have to wait until someone else triggers the event. Since the popups have an Area of Effect, your quest will still be advanced, if you have the necessary items in your inventory.

Return to Animator Jen'Tylis to receive 20 million xp.
