Location: Crethley Manor
Log this Hunt and Gather quest with Elzilor Marbe who is located south of the lake in a farmyard. She asks you to return to her with runes of crethley manor.
Crethley Manor, the house, is located in the northern part of the Crethley Manor zone (one zone south and east of Wyndhaven), north of the lake.
Zombies/skeletons/The Maid drop the Rune of Crethley Manor, farm a full stack and turn into Elzilor. 250k w/o luck.
